Part A - Terms of Use & Website Policy
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using Mastersocialwork.in (the Website), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These policies apply to candidates/job seekers, employers/organisations, visitors and other users.
2. Website Services
Mastersocialwork.in provides an online platform that may publish job vacancies and career opportunities and may provide registration, online job application submission, resume upload, vacancy notification and related services.
The Website may facilitate connections between candidates and employers/organisations. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Website is not the employer for vacancies published by third parties.
3. Registration & Account
Users must provide accurate and current information when registering. Users are responsible for protecting login credentials and for activity carried out through their account.
False identities, fraudulent information and misuse of another person's account are prohibited.
4. Registration Fee & No-Refund Policy
Where a paid registration/service fee applies, the amount displayed at payment will govern. The registration fee currently described for the service is ₹99 unless the Website clearly displays another amount.
Registration/service payments are non-refundable. A refund will not ordinarily be provided because a user does not obtain a job, is not shortlisted, does not receive an interview, does not attend an interview, changes their mind, or is not selected by an employer.
Nothing in this policy removes any refund or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
5. Job Vacancies & Separate Applications
Vacancies may be supplied by employers, organisations or authorised sources and may change or close without notice.
Each job vacancy requires a separate application. Registration does not automatically apply a candidate to every vacancy.
Submitting an application does not guarantee shortlisting, interview, selection, appointment, salary, joining or employment.
6. Resume Upload
Users may upload a resume/CV and other information needed to support job applications. Users are responsible for ensuring documents are truthful, lawful and do not infringe another person's rights.
Uploaded resumes may be used to support the relevant job application and shared with the relevant employer/organisation as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Job Notifications by Email
Registered users may receive email notifications about job vacancies and relevant opportunities published through the Website.
Delivery may be affected by spam filters, incorrect addresses, provider failures, technical issues or service interruptions.
8. Interview Cards & Employer Communication
Interview cards, interview calls, selection messages and joining instructions are issued by the employer/organisation.
The Website does not guarantee that an employer will issue an interview card, contact every applicant, or select any applicant.
9. Employer Responsibilities
Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of vacancy information they submit, including eligibility, location, salary/benefits, requirements and recruitment status.
Employers are responsible for interviews, selection decisions, offers, employment contracts, salaries, working conditions and statutory obligations.
10. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
Users must provide truthful information, maintain contact details, use the Website lawfully and communicate professionally.
Unauthorised access, hacking, disruption, reverse engineering, scraping, malware, impersonation, fraud, harassment, unlawful content and commercial exploitation of Website data without permission are prohibited.
11. Job Information Disclaimer
The Website may rely on information supplied by employers or other sources. Vacancy availability, deadlines, eligibility, salary, location and recruitment status may change. Users should verify important employment details directly with the relevant employer.
12. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website's logo, branding, design, text, graphics, layout, original articles and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Unauthorised copying, republishing, selling, modifying or distributing protected content is prohibited.
13. Third-Party Links & Services
The Website may link to or integrate with third-party websites, employers, payment providers, email services and other external services. The Website is not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, security, availability or actions.
14. No Employment Guarantee
The Website does not guarantee employment, interview selection, job placement, salary, promotion, internship, volunteer placement or any particular career outcome.
Registration or payment does not create an employer-employee relationship between the user and the Website.
15. Liability, Indemnification & Termination
To the extent permitted by law, the Website and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or loss-of-opportunity damages arising from Website use or an employer's recruitment decision.
Users agree, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify the Website against claims arising from unlawful use, false information, fraud, infringement of third-party rights or policy violations.
The Website may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, employers, the Website or its systems, or where policies or law are violated.
16. Policy Changes & Governing Law
These policies may be updated from time to time. The latest version published on the Website will apply from its stated effective date, to the extent permitted by law.
These policies shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of India, subject to mandatory rights that apply to users.
